To reset the climate control on a Mercedes-Benz C-Class, turn the ignition key in the ignition switch so that you can use the climate control buttons located in the center of the dashboard: here, press and hold the REST button and the defrost button simultaneously. Continue holding them until the word "End" appears on the climate control screen; at this point, turn off the instrument cluster, and when you turn it back on, you will notice that the reset has been completed.
