First, go inside the cabin, then insert the key and turn on the instrument panel. Next, scroll through the various display tabs using the directional controls on the steering wheel, position yourself on the tab represented by a gear, and enter "Next Service". At this point, just hold down the "OK" button for the necessary time until the interval resets correctly.
