How to get on board an MG HS and start when the remote control is dead

In this video we see how to enter a MG HS and start it even if the remote battery is dead. On the outside of the remote there is a small button: by pressing it we can extract the physical key that will allow us to enter. In fact, on the driver's side handle there is a plastic cover that can be removed by levering it out from the bottom with the physical key. Once this is done, we will find a normal lock that will open with our key. We get into the car, put the emergency key back in its place and to start - it is possible that the alarm has gone off in the meantime - we remove the cup holder divider from the central tunnel, place the key in the center; press the brake pedal and simultaneously press the start button and the car will start. Put the plastic cover back on the handle lock and go buy a new battery for the remote.
