Replacing the Gear Knob

Model: Mini Mini R50, R52, R53 - Years 2001-2007
Part: Shift knob

Here’s a simple video showing how to replace the gear knob of a Mini Cooper. After removing the old knob, secure the gaiter (which should be turned inside out) to the gear lever with a plastic tie. Align the base of the gaiter with the base of the gear lever so that the fixing points are well aligned. Attach the circular clip (made of two pieces) at the junction between the base of the knob and the top of the gaiter, using a knife if necessary. Take the new knob and, after aligning it correctly, apply some pressure to ensure it clips onto the installed clip.

How to Remove the Rear Wiper Blade on a Citroen C3

This guide shows you how to remove and replace the rear wiper blade on a Citroen C3. Grasp the rear wiper blade with your hands, gently pull the rubber from the moving blade (without breaking it), and slide it off the arm on the left. Fit the new wiper rubber onto the arm (if the rubber is original, you may need to adjust the length by cutting it as shown). Finally, lower the wiper arm onto the rear window and test the new blade by activating the rear wiper. It is always preferable to use original parts for better durability and quality.
