In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the air filter on a Mini Cooper by following some simple steps: the first thing to do is to purchase a new air filter. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate prop.

Using a number 8 ratchet, loosen the clamp and remove the intake hose from the filter housing. With the number 8 ratchet, unscrew the fastening screws of the air filter cover.

Remove the filter cover, take out the old air filter, and cover the parts of the air duct with a cloth, then clean the housing of any foreign objects present and replace the old filter with a new one. Reassemble all parts in reverse order.
