To reset the brake wear warning light on a 2017 Mini Cooper, turn on the ignition by rotating the key in the ignition barrel. Once the dashboard is lit up, navigate through the menu on the display using the lever at the bottom right of the speedometer. You need to reach the option for resetting the brake light: by holding down the same lever, a loading bar will appear. When this loading bar is complete, the light will be successfully reset and will disappear from the dashboard.
