Operation: How do I remove the rear door panel of the Mini?

In order to remove the rear door panel of the Mini you have to loosen all the screws that secure it inside the door. These screws are positioned in the seat of the internal handle, near the window control panel and in the lower part of the panel. Once all these screws have been loosened, it will be possible to start detaching the panel, also disconnecting all the connectors that are inside. Once the old panel has been removed, it will be possible to insert the new one, fixing it with the screws previously removed.
