In this video, see how to dismantle the window regulator of the Mini Cooper: you are inside the door and remove the internal handle, then unscrew the screws inside the holes of the handle. By removing these three screws and the one at the top on the outer side, you have removed the panel from the bodywork, so pull the panel towards you, using a plastic lever or your hands (gently).

Now, remove the inner panel and notice that the YouTuber points out three screws near the switch panel that need to be removed; let the switch panel hang down, and inside the inner panel, you can find the two components that, once removed, will allow you to take out the glass.
