How do you open the hood of the Mini Cooper?

To be able to open the bonnet of your Mini Cooper, you have to go inside the passenger compartment, on the driver's seat side, to locate the lever positioned at the bottom left with respect to the dashboard. This lever will need to be pulled upwards: this will release the bonnet latch actuator, which will lift slightly. At this point it will be necessary to insert your hand under the bonnet, moving the lever that keeps it locked: in this way it will be possible to lift it completely. To be able to close the bonnet again, it will simply have to be lowered with enough force for the actuator to lock again.
