How to Replace the Antenna on a Mini Cooper R56

R56, R55, R57

If you want to install the antenna on the roof of this vehicle, follow the instructions below and refer to the video. First, open the tailgate, remove the upper seal, and detach the inner roof lining; this will give you access to the fixing nut of the antenna base, which you can unscrew with a 19mm spanner. Next, disconnect the electrical power connector from the outside. Finally, take the new antenna, connect the power connector, position it on the roof, and retighten the fixing nut from the inside.
