Replacing the cabin filter in the Mini Countryman, as shown in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, position yourself on the passenger side, then go underneath the glove compartment and locate the large horizontal plastic door. Next, pry along the front slot using a flathead screwdriver, remove it, and extract the old filter. At this point, clean the inside of the housing from any dirt residue, insert the replacement, and reassemble everything.
