How to manually open the convertible top of a Mini One.

In this video we see how it is possible to manually open the convertible top of a Mini that cannot be opened using the electric controls. We will need a screwdriver with which we will leverage the front part, where there are the opening levers. About halfway through the car we see that there is another hidden hook, which we must release from both sides. At this point we activate the opening button and the convertible top will open normally. In practice, the convertible top is divided into two parts: the first part is the one that opens the roof, and is operated by a rod connected to a worm gear, which in turn is connected to a motor located in the center of the convertible top, under the cover as shown by the YouTuber. In the specific case, the motor works, but the wires are broken at the ends.

How to Replace the Rear Light and Bulbs on a Ford Focus Year 2000

To replace the rear light and bulbs on a Ford Focus 2000/2004, first, open the tailgate of the boot. This gives access to the screw that holds the rear light in place. The screw to undo (using an appropriate screwdriver) is located inside the light and corresponds to the fold that accommodates the tailgate (as shown in the images). Once you start to undo it, continue with the operation and then remove the nut from the inside of the bodywork. At this point, you can remove the light, being careful to disconnect the electrical supply by unplugging the connectors or removing the entire bulb holder from its housing. This way, you can replace the bulbs. To reassemble everything, simply follow the described operations in reverse order.
