You will need a screwdriver to lever at the front, where the opening mechanisms are located. About halfway down the vehicle, there is another hidden hook that must be released from both sides. At this point, operate the opening button, and the roof will open normally. Essentially, the roof is divided into two parts: the first part opens the sunroof and is operated by a cable connected to a worm screw, which in turn is connected to a motor located at the centre of the roof, under the cover as shown by the YouTuber.
