How do you remove the door panel of the Mini?

The procedure for removing the door panel on the Mini involves removing the cover that surrounds the speaker and the internal door handle; in addition, the circular panel on the right side of the panel will also need to be removed. Under these covers, there will be four screws that will need to be loosened: this will allow the panel to be detached from the door, also disconnecting the connectors underneath it. Once the old panel has been removed, it will be possible to insert a new one, connecting the connectors and securing it properly.
