In a few simple steps, we will see the procedure on how to disassemble and replace the lock or central locking system of the Mini Cooper door. First, we open the front door and start disassembling and removing the door panel, leveraging the sides and disconnecting the handle cable; this way we will have access to the door lock as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the lock screws to remove it, replacing it with the new one; we then check its operation and reassemble everything, reinstalling the door panel!
