In this video, you will see how to replace the cabin air filter in a Mini R56. The compartment where this filter is located is on the passenger side, under the glove box, which does not need to be removed, as it is accessible from the outside. Simply open the two clips on the sides and pull out the filter, which will be facing you. Remove it, clean the compartment of dust and debris (you can easily do this with a cloth, given the very accessible design of the glove box), and place the new filter in position, ensuring the installation direction is correct (the arrows always point downwards).

Close the glove box, and the job is complete.
