How to Replace the Heater Radiator in a Mitsubishi Pajero

Model: Mitsubishi Pajero MK 3, V60 - Years 1999-2006

To replace the heater radiator on a Mitsubishi Pajero V60, disconnect the battery and drain the coolant from the radiator. In the engine bay, disconnect the two heater hoses that enter the cabin through the bulkhead. Inside, remove the centre console, glove box, and lower panels to access the HVAC unit. Disconnect the electrical connectors and control cables, then unscrew the bolts securing the unit. Open the heater casing and remove the radiator. Insert the new radiator with the correct seals, close the unit, reconnect the hoses and wiring, refill the system with new coolant, and bleed the air from the system.
