Let's look at the steps that will allow you to perform routine maintenance by changing the engine oil and transmission oil on the Moto Guzzi V7 III. First, place the motorcycle on a stand and start by unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine, letting it drain into a container; then unscrew the drain plug of the cardan transmission oil located at the rear of the vehicle.

At this point, replace the oil filter and top up with new engine oil that meets the appropriate specifications; perform the same operation for topping up the gear oil.
