First, position the central stand on your bike and start by removing the rear suspension, unscrewing the fastening screws found at the top and bottom; then, remove and space the suspension seats with washers, lubricating and greasing everything.

At this point, you can reassemble the suspension, checking that the creaks have disappeared, following the video to the end!
