How to clean the throttle body of the Mv Agusta Brutale 910

The guide shows how to clean the throttle body of the MV Agusta Brutale 910. The first operation is to remove the passenger and driver seats, using the ignition key for the former and the quick release for the latter; now it is possible to detach the side panels of the tank. The key block can be removed with a 4mm Allen key. With a 5mm Allen wrench you unscrew the rear cap of the tank and the screws that were previously covered by the side panels. With an 8mm wrench the locking screws of the plates are disassembled and removed. The tank can be raised slightly in order to disconnect the fuel lines, the breather and the electrical connection of the pump. Now it is possible to detach the air box, after having unscrewed the fixing screws, the retaining clips, the blow-by pipe and the gas recovery pipe. If the throttle body is slightly dirty, you can use paper and thinner to clean the impact areas of the moving parts. Otherwise, proceed with the disassembly of the fuel pipe support, disconnect the TPS and or injector connectors. Now it is possible to loosen the manifold clamps and extract the throttle body; be careful to disconnect the gas cables. On the newly disassembled block it is possible to remove the intake horns and the fuel pipes. Now it is possible to unscrew the screws of the pariglio; from this operation it is possible to see the deposit of dirt. You can use a specific degreaser and a toothbrush to clean dirty areas; with compressed air all residual dirt can be eliminated. Rinse the piece thoroughly. Now it is possible to reassemble the screws of the pariglio and adjust them using a specialist tool. At this point it is possible to refit the throttle body on the manifold by following the steps in reverse. Now it is possible to reassemble the filter box and its cables; the tank and its connections can be reassembled. At this point it is possible to reassemble all the disassembled parts. The operation is finished.

How to change the engine oil of Suzuki RM-Z450?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Suzuki RM-Z450 you have to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike; once this has been removed, it will be possible to go and unscrew the oil drain plug located in the part previously covered by the plate. Therefore all the used oil must be collected in a suitably positioned container; when all the oil has run out, the oil filter can be removed and replaced. Then you will have to top up by inserting the new oil from the vent on the crankcase on the left of the bike.
