First, let's make sure the key is not inserted, then we position ourselves on the passenger side, open the glove compartment, remove the right dashboard cover, and unscrew all the indicated screws. Next, we separate the drawer from the support, disconnect the fan connector, and disassemble the fan by unscrewing the relevant screws. At this point, all that's left is to insert the replacement and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
