As shown in this tutorial, replacing the glove compartment drawer in the Nissan Altima is an extremely simple and quick task. First, sit in the passenger seat, then open the compartment, locate the two hinges on the bottom side, and move the respective pins toward the center to detach them from the supports. Once done, disconnect the limit cord on the left side and pull the drawer out of the dashboard. To install the replacement, first reconnect the cord, then align the drawer with the hinges and reinsert the two pins.
