This guide shows how to reset the service light on a Nissan X-Trail T32. Turn on the ignition and wait for the message "oil and filter maintenance" to appear. Use the "menu" button on the steering wheel.

From there, go to "settings", then to "maintenance", and finally to "service". Select "reset". Set the next maintenance interval (e.g., 10,000 km) and confirm with "yes". Turn off and restart the car to check that the message has disappeared. If the procedure does not work, you may need to use a diagnostic tool via the OBD port to reset persistent errors.

In some cases, disconnecting the car battery for 10 minutes may resolve the issue.
