On the Nissan Micra K12, the reset is done directly from the onboard computer: turn on the instrument cluster, then using the buttons on the steering wheel (or on the dashboard, depending on the trim), press the "menu" button. Use the arrow keys to scroll until you find the "maintenance" option.

Press "ok" to enter: if the service has been completed, you will see "0 miles" or a negative value. Scroll to the "reset" option and hold the "ok" button for about 10 seconds.

Now you can, if desired, set the next service interval by increasing or decreasing the pre-set value. Confirm with "ok" to exit, then press the "menu" button once or twice to leave the settings.
