This may happen if you have performed some minor electrical work or changed the battery, but it’s not a problem: press the button fully for a few seconds with the window completely open, say ten seconds, then fully close the window and repeat the process by pressing the button fully for ten seconds with the window completely closed. This way, the system memorises the lower and upper limits of the window, and if you test it, you will see that the window has resumed its function as it did before losing it.
