How to Replace the Battery in a Nissan Qashqai

To replace the battery in a Nissan Qashqai, turn off the engine, remove the key, and open the bonnet. Locate the battery in the engine bay, generally on the right side, protected by a plastic cover. Remove the cover and disconnect the negative (-) terminal first, followed by the positive (+) terminal using an appropriate spanner. Unscrew the retaining bracket that holds the battery in place and carefully lift the battery out of the compartment. Insert the new battery into the same housing, secure the bracket, connect the positive (+) terminal first, then the negative (-) terminal. Refit the cover and check the proper functioning of the electronic systems.
