Where is the diesel filter located in the Opel Astra?

In this video we can see where the fuel filter is located in the Opel Astra and how to proceed in case we need to replace it, a very simple operation. As shown, the filter is located in the lower area of the vehicle, right in front of the fuel tank. To replace it, we start by lifting the rear side taking the necessary safety measures, then we open the drain valve and let any water present escape. We then unscrew the housing with a 36mm socket wrench, insert the replacement together with a new gasket, and reassemble everything.
