Replacing the Gear Knob on Your Opel Zafira

Do you want to replace the gear knob on your Opel Zafira? Follow these steps. First, grip the knob with your hands and rotate it left and right until it comes off the gear stick. Use a plastic lever to disconnect the leather gaiter frame (disconnect any power clips if present). For reassembly: Fit the new leather gaiter with the clips, then take the new knob and slide it onto the stick in the centre console, tightening the new knob until it is fully threaded onto the lever. Finally, test the movement of the stick in the centre console to ensure the knob is correctly fitted.
