Today we are going to discover the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the starter motor of the Opel Astra 1.7 DTI. First, we open the hood of the car and start by disassembling and removing the battery, unscrewing the fixing screw and disconnecting both terminals (positive and negative); then we remove the battery holder to access the starter motor, as shown in the video. We unscrew the screws found on the top and bottom of the starter motor, disconnecting the electrical connector to remove it; we replace it with the new original one and reassemble everything!
