To deactivate the passenger airbag on an Opel Corsa Model F, remove the emergency key located inside the remote control and open the glove compartment on the passenger side. Insert the emergency key into the lock marked with on/off. Turning the key to the off position will deactivate the airbag, while turning it to the on position will activate the airbag.

This operation is crucial during vehicle maintenance to prevent accidental airbag deployment, but it is also important to reactivate the airbag for safety while driving after maintenance.
