Replacing the Battery in the Key Fob of an Opel Zafira

Learn how to replace the battery found in the key fob of an Opel Zafira. Take your remote and press the release button of the metal key; using a screwdriver, pry between the key cover (in the space where the metal key fits). Pry until the cover separates from the casing, then, using a small screwdriver, extract the worn battery, take a new one of the same size and voltage. Replace the dead battery with a new one, snap the plastics together: press on the key case until you hear the locking click.
