To remove the front fog light from the Opel Astra H, you need to remove the front bumper by unscrewing the appropriate screws and rivets and disconnecting the connectors. This will allow you to loosen the screws that secure the fog light from the inside. Once the screws are loosened, you can extract the fog light from its housing and replace it with a new part. This should be inserted and secured with the appropriate bolts. After installing the fog light, connect it to the corresponding connector and secure the bumper to the car.
