Replacing the Fog Light Bulb

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra G - Years 1998-2006
Part: Headlight bulb

The fog light is installed at the bottom of the front bumper and can be accessed without removing anything (it may be convenient to lift the vehicle to facilitate access). Once you locate the fog light housing, remove the protective cap from the bulb holder, unclip the bulb retaining spring, and pull the bulb out of its socket before disconnecting the power cable. Bring the new bulb close, connect the power cable, seat it in its housing orienting it correctly, and secure it with the retaining spring before reapplying the cap.
