In order to replace the piston of the Peugeot Vivacity, you need to loosen the screws that secure the panel located at the back of the footrest compartment, so that it can be detached: underneath it, you will be able to locate the engine block. Here, you will need to disconnect the ignition coil, so that you can then remove the spark plug and proceed to loosen the engine cylinder: the latter can be removed from its seat and the piston contained inside it must be detached from the connecting rod by removing its pin and ring. The new piston can now be inserted, reinserting the cylinder and assembling all the removed parts.
