Follow this guide to dismantle and replace the variator rollers on the Peugeot Elyseo 50 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the transmission cover located on the left side; use a 10 mm socket spanner as shown in the video. Next, remove the cooling fan by unscrewing the central nut; then remove the drive belt and the variator, replacing the rollers inside. Finally, reassemble everything!
