Let's see in this guide the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the variator and rollers of the Peugeot Elyseo 50 scooter. First we put our scooter on the central stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws that we find on the sides of the side cover of the transmission, in order to remove it; after which we unscrew the nut of the fan to remove it, also removing the transmission belt, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the variator, eventually replacing it with the new one; let's make sure we install the correct weight rollers and reassemble everything!

First of all we are going to disassemble and remove the driver's seat of our motorcycle, so that we can later unscrew the fixing screws of the fuel tank; after which we raise the tank and we go to remove our air filter, which we find under it on the top, as shown in the video. At this point we install the new air filter in the correct direction; finally reassemble our tank and the driver's seat!
