First, place the scooter on the centre stand and begin unscrewing the fastening screws on the side cover of the transmission to remove it. Then, unscrew the central screw of the fan and subsequently remove the variator, as shown in the video. At this point, install the new variator, replacing the rollers if necessary; finally, reassemble the transmission cover, securing it with screws.
