The instructions in this guide will show us the main steps on how to disassemble and replace the variator and rollers of the Peugeot Tweet RS 50 scooter. First, we put the scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing all the fixing screws we find on the side; once removed, we can go on to unscrew the central nut of the fan, in order to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the transmission belt and then the variator, replacing the latter or the rollers if necessary; apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
