Repair of the BSI of a Citroen

In this video, we see how to desolder and then replace the board of a BSI (Body Computer) of a Citroen/Peugeot. Firstly, we will need to open the BSI box, from which we noticed that one of the two halves had burned out (apparently for no reason, according to the youtuber) and then we will desolder all the pins that connect the two parts. In the meantime, we will have procured a second board for replacement on the internet: there are many on e-commerce sites, just type "BSI board for Peugeot/Citroen", and choose the one that suits us. Then we will resolder the two halves together, which is not difficult if we are able to make solder joints.
