How does the parking assistant of the Peugeot 2008 work?

The parking assistant on the latest generation vehicles is installed to facilitate parking in tight spaces. On a Peugeot 2008 car, to set up the parking assistant, we must select the "car" option on the onboard computer to access the various settings, then select the assisted parking option to enter the menu. Once access to the menu is obtained, we select the meters corresponding to the parking space and the maneuver we want to perform, the onboard computer will automatically execute the coordinates, make us stop along the perimeter of the vacant space, and perform the parking maneuvers.
