Removing the third brake light from a Peugeot 2008 is not very easy, but it can be done: open the rear hatch and remove the cover located near the light; it is attached with two clips, then disconnect the rear wash wipe connector. To access the third light, you will need to remove all the clips from the internal trim, then move the spoiler to separate it from the boot until you feel you can pull it towards you and upwards; do this gently, as the fastening elements are quite fragile.

Once removed, accessing the third light is straightforward: it is secured to the bodywork with just two 10 mm bolts. Replace the bulb and repeat the entire procedure in reverse.
