How do you replace the battery and key cover on a Peugeot 307? Follow these steps for a successful replacement: Take your ignition key and use a screwdriver to remove the small screw on the key. Then, pry apart the two plastic halves until they separate. Remove the flat battery using a screwdriver and take a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the two halves of the new cover with the circuit board, battery, and key fob buttons; tighten the plastics with the screw. Check the proper functioning of the key fob by testing the door lock and unlock buttons.
