Here’s how to remove the front brake disc on a Peugeot 107. Position the car on a column lift, raise it to a comfortable height, and loosen the bolts using a socket wrench or air drill, then remove the wheel. Next, start loosening the bolts of the brake caliper to detach it from the bracket. Use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads and remove the caliper bracket, then unscrew the bolts on the brake disc (using a Torx screwdriver), pulling the disc towards you to slide it off the hub. Install the new brake disc with all the associated bolts, tighten the caliper bracket to the disc and the pads, then mount the brake caliper, ensuring all bolts are tightened properly. Before mounting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper and tighten the bolt. Finally, mount the wheel with the bolts.
