How to Change the Cabin Air Filter on a Peugeot 2008

This is a simple operation but requires some patience to avoid breaking the delicate plastic clips. The filter is located in the passenger compartment, under the dashboard; therefore, it is necessary to empty the glove box, then unlock it by pulling its plastic tabs on the sides inward, while simultaneously pulling it towards you. Behind it, there is a cover panel secured by several clips: grasp it at the bottom and pull it decisively towards you, releasing the clips. Now you will see the filter cover, also secured by two clips. Release them and pull out the filter, replace it, and clean the compartment from dust and debris. Replace the filter with a new, clean one, ensuring the correct orientation. Refit the cover in place, reassemble the panel, then the glove box, and your work is complete.
