How to Change a Headlight on a Peugeot 208 MK 1

To change the front headlight on the Peugeot 208, it is necessary to remove the front bumper. You can find the replacement headlight unit on auto-doc. It has the EAN code 8424445161799 at a price of £94.49 + £9.95 for shipping. Lift the front of the car and place it on axle stands, remove the front wheels, and take off the wheel arch liners held by rivets and Torx screws size 20. Unscrew all the bumper screws: the lower ones are 10 mm nuts like the side ones, while the upper ones are Torx size 20. Disconnect the fog light and parking sensor connectors; remove the bumper. Now you can change the headlight by disconnecting the connector, unscrewing the three headlight screws, lifting the tab, and sliding out the headlight: you can retrieve the connector and bulbs from the old one and mount them on the new headlight. Secure the new headlight, reconnect the connectors, reassemble the bumper in reverse order, lower the car, and remount the wheels.
