Removing the key from a Peugeot 206? It's a very simple operation; let's see how to do it. Unscrew the tiny screw located on the key cover with a screwdriver, then pry with a screwdriver between the two parts of the plastic key cover. Extract the dead battery from inside the remote plastic (take a new one of the same size and voltage and fit it in the housing). Reassemble the cover on your remote by pressing on the key cover until you hear it click into place. Check the operation of the remote key with the dedicated buttons.
