Replacement of Belt and Tensioner

Model: Peugeot 106 MK 1 - Years 1991-2004

Obtain replacement belts. Loosen the wheel nuts and lift the vehicle securely. Unscrew the bolts and remove the wheel, brake, wing, and cover. Remove the protective cover and, using a spanner and the appropriate tool, lock the pulley and loosen the tensioner. Lever the tensioner to relieve tension and remove the belt. Remove the bolts from the two tensioner supports and take them out. Replace the pulleys and tensioners with new parts, ensuring all components are reassembled correctly. Fit the tensioners and new belts following the assembly diagram.
