Operation: How to remove the wipers.

Open the hood, remove the wiper arm nut (a 16mm socket is used in this video), be aware that in many cases a wiper arm extractor will be required. Use the wiper arm extractor to remove it, you will find that the wiper arm has come off thanks to a loud noise generated by it, then remove the other wiper in the same way. Now remove the plastic mask, pressing the two clips and lifting upwards, repeating the operation for both sides. Then remove the lower windshield trim. Disconnect the wiper plug using two 10mm wrenches. The wiper mechanism will not come off easily, so you will have to move it a little or apply a slight force. Now you just have to remove the wiper base.
