How to Replace the Starter Motor on a Peugeot 206

To replace the starter motor on a Peugeot 206, open the bonnet to access the engine bay. The starter motor is located between the engine block and the battery, at the bottom of the bay. You will need to remove the exhaust pipe on the right side of the engine and also the battery. Once these are removed, the starter motor will be accessible. Extract it from the engine bay by unscrewing the fixing bolts and disconnecting the connectors attached to it. After removal, install the replacement part and refit all the components you removed.
