Operation: How to replace the temperature sensor on the Peugeot 206

If we have to intervene on the car to replace the engine temperature probe, we can proceed as follows and also with the help of the images in the video tutorial. Open the bonnet and lift the car from under the engine compartment, unhook the water outlet duct from the radiator to empty the cooling system. Go back to the engine compartment and locate the position of the probe on the right of the cylinder head, first disconnect the power supply connector and then use a socket wrench to unscrew the probe. Then obtain a new sensor, put it back on its seat and reconnect the power supply terminal. Finally we have to refill the cooling system with coolant.
